Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing from us. By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Stock Products
Stock products are available for immediate purchase and delivery.
Returns and refunds are accepted as per our Return Policy.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
3. Pre-Order Products
Pre-order products are specially reserved or made for you.
No cancellation or refund is accepted once a pre-order is placed.
Returns are only accepted if the product received does not match the ordered item (wrong product).
Size issues for dresses are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (for valid cases only) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and pre-order schedules.
Any delays will be communicated, but we are not liable for third-party courier delays.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address or contact information.
